Ritz-Carlton Bali Debuts Exclusive Gourmet Dining Event on Nusa Dua Beach – Travel And Tour World

The Ritz-Carlton Bali in Nusa Dua is set to host an exclusive dinner at The Beach Grill on June 14 and 15, 2024. Under the direction of Culinary Director Chef Raymond Siek, guests will enjoy a sophisticated degustation menu. For a complete experience, diners can select from a premium wine pairing list to enhance their culinary journey.

The beauty of Bali is fully captured at The Beach Grill, a beachfront venue that combines indoor and outdoor dining with stunning views of the Indian Ocean. The dining event begins at 6 p.m., offering a series of exquisite welcome snacks including Kohlrabi with Viola, Cucumber with Yuzu, Rinder Tartare, and Foie Gras Parfait. The appetizers feature Tuna with Black Truffle and White Asparagus, followed by a comforting Pasture-Raised Duck Agnolotti soup. The meal progresses with mid-course dishes of Langoustine with Nage and Red Grouper, leading to a main course of richly flavored Lamb with Harissa. The evening concludes with a special caramel and milk sundae ice cream for dessert.
