RedWeek, the largest and most well-known community of timeshare owners and renters of the world, is happy to disclose about its 2024 – red-hot list of Top 25 timeshare resorts. On last year’s volume in terms of and inquiries from RedWeek’s three million-strong audience, this list was compiled. The sun, sand, and beach destinations rule the Top 25 just like earlier years.

Once again, coming in at number one is Aruba Surf Club of Marriott in Palm Beach, Aruba, which attracts guests with its friendly ambience, free Wi-Fi, and no fees for the resort. At number two and three are Ko Olina Beach Club of Marriott in Kapolei, and the Newport Coast Villas of Marriott in California, swapping positions relative to 2023.

The study of the booking trends of RedWeek simultaneously discloses that the fame of timeshare vacation rentals is constantly increasing, with the marketplace witnessing a 25% annual upsurge in terms of bookings and a 33% uptick in terms of paid rental revenues to the owners of timeshare who list on RedWeek.com.RedWeek President Maurice Aubrey said that he is not amazed and adds that travel has only gotten more exclusive from 2023 and timeshare rentals signifies excellent value, for groups and family.
