Dubbed ‘The Nest by Grey Goose,’ QT Perth’s elevated bar is set to become a haven of botanical beauty and gastronomic excellence, showcasing one of the globe’s premium vodkas. The celebration is marked by a unique collection of cocktails and a specially designed menu, turning the space into a luxurious garden oasis. With an atmosphere filled with rich botanicals, visitors will find themselves enveloped in a world of sensual shadows and sunlit retreats, adorned in the hues of the season. The Nest will feature six exclusive new cocktails inspired by Grey Goose.
Under the guidance of QT Perth’s Creative Culinary Lead, Nic Wood, the menu takes a laid-back yet sophisticated approach, highlighting Western Australia’s finest. Star dishes include Abrolhos Island scallops with lemon and garlic butter, Shark Bay prawns, and Western Lobster rolls, all set to take center stage.
