Nocturne Luxury Villas, a leading owner and operator of top-tier luxury villa rental companies across the US, Caribbean, and Mexico, has announced its acquisition of Grand Cayman Villas and Condos. This strategic addition represents Nocturne Luxury Villas’ first presence in the Cayman Islands.

Grand Cayman Villas and Condos (GCVC) enhances Nocturne Luxury Villas’ esteemed portfolio, which includes prominent brands such as Exceptional Stays (Telluride, CO), WIMCO St. Barth Properties, CaboVillas.com, Exclusive 30A (Florida’s Emerald Coast), and Paradise Retreats (Santa Barbara, CA).

“We are thrilled to welcome Grand Cayman Villas and Condos to our portfolio of luxury villas and residences. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our mission to diversify Nocturne’s destination experiences. The premier locations in the Cayman Islands enhance and elevate our offerings for discerning travelers, particularly in the sought-after stretch of prime coastline along 7 Mile Beach,” said Scott Wiseman, CEO of Nocturne Luxury Villas.

Established in 2006 by Cayman property owner Jim Leavitt, Grand Cayman Villas and Condos manages and markets over 180 exclusive properties and condos in Grand Cayman. GCVC’s portfolio spans from 7 Mile Beach to Rum Point, encompassing the resort community of Cayman Kai. Their offerings range from cozy one-bedroom condos and cottages to expansive 11-bedroom luxury villas, all professionally designed and serviced, providing guests with a comprehensive array of amenities.

“Nocturne has an exceptional reputation among owners for its approach to maintaining individual brands, nurturing teams already in place and for sharing successful business practices across teams. GCVC is a natural fit in their portfolio of brands, and our people in Virginia and on the ground in Grand Cayman are excited for the next stage of opportunity and growth,” said Leavitt, founder and principal of Grand Cayman Villas and Condos.
