Renowned for his innovative approach to local ingredients and mastery of Asian flavors, Chef Quy guarantees an unforgettable dining experience.

Specially crafted lunch and dinner menus at the hotel’s specialty restaurant, House of Han, will showcase Chef Quy’s signature dishes, including Vietnamese Vegetables Curry, Pomelo Salad, and Vegetarian Banh Mi, among others. These menus offer a harmonious fusion of traditional Vietnamese cuisine with contemporary twists.
