InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and Brigade Group Join Forces to Launch InterContinental Hyderabad Neopolis by 2029 – Travel And Tour World

IHG Hotels & Resorts, a leading global hospitality company, along with Brigade Group, a prominent property developer in India, have announced their partnership through a management agreement to introduce the InterContinental brand in Telangana with the launch of InterContinental Hyderabad Neopolis. Scheduled to open in 2029, this new hotel will be a key component of Brigade’s forthcoming mixed-use development.

InterContinental, a globally acclaimed brand, operates over 220 hotels in more than 60 countries. Celebrating its 75th Diamond Anniversary in 2021, InterContinental remains the world’s premier and largest luxury hotel brand. In 2023, it achieved a milestone with 100 hotels and resorts in its pipeline, marking a significant 45% expansion in its network.

The planned InterContinental Hyderabad Neopolis will feature 300 rooms and is anticipated to offer five dining options, including a signature restaurant, two specialty restaurants, and a lobby lounge. The hotel will also provide comprehensive facilities such as conferencing spaces, a fitness center, spa, swimming pool, an outdoor recreational area, and a retail outlet. It is designed to accommodate MICE demands and large social events, with facilities including eight meeting rooms and a large ballroom.

IHG® operates 46 hotels across five brands in India, which include Six Senses, InterContinental Hotels and Resorts®, Crowne Plaza®, Holiday Inn Resort®, and Holiday Inn Express®. Additionally, there is a robust pipeline of 49 hotels slated to open within the next 3 to 5 years.
