Global Crossing Airlines receives nod for fleet expansion, plans to add Airbus A320 and A321s – Travel And Tour World

Global Crossing Airlines Group, Inc. (traded on Cboe as JET and OTCQB as JETMF), also known as GlobalX, a rapidly expanding charter airline in the Nation, has received approval from the US Department of Transportation to expand its fleet to 20 aircraft, up from the previously authorized 16 aircraft.

This expansion of fleet authorization enables GlobalX to incorporate four additional passenger aircraft into its lineup by Summer 2024, pending FAA approvals. These include two Airbus A320 and two Airbus A321 planes. The acquisition of these aircraft is a key part of GlobalX’s strategy to enhance its ACMI passenger charter operations.
