Emeril’s New Orleans pop-up at Four Seasons Houston, April 2024 – Travel And Tour World

Emeril’s, the world-renowned restaurant from New Orleans, will make a special appearance at the Four Seasons Hotel Houston on April 14 and 15, 2024, for an exclusive pop-up event. This unique dining affair will be led by Chef Patron E.J. Lagasse and his distinguished team, offering a limited number of seatings from 7:00 to 8:30 pm on each evening.

“It is an honour to collaborate with Four Seasons to bring the Emeril’s experience to Houston,” says E.J. Lagasse. “I’ve always thought of Houston as a sister city to New Orleans, with a vibrant food and drinks scene, warm hospitality, and incredible music and culture. I look forward to working with the Four Seasons team to create an amazing experience for guests at such an incredible property.”

Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in a remarkable five-course dinner, drawing inspiration from the restaurant’s celebrated Classic Tasting menu. The evening will commence with a warm welcome that includes the vibrant sounds of live jazz and a Brandy Crusta cocktail, courtesy of Bandista, the hotel’s speakeasy bar and lounge, which will be open exclusively for attendees.

The dinner menu will feature:

  • A Canapé Course
  • Smoked Salmon Cheesecake topped with Emeril’s Reserve Caviar
  • Oyster Stew complemented by Foie Gras, Honshimeji Mushroom, and Herbsaint Cream
  • Potato Alexa adorned with Truffle and Parmesan Mornay
  • Wagyu and Daube Glacé accompanied by Baby Lettuces and Beef Jus
  • Banana Cream Pie for dessert

Reservation prices are set at USD 195 per person, with optional wine pairings available: a suggested pairing for USD 130 and a prestige pairing for USD 315. Additionally, part of the event’s proceeds will go to Camp H-Town, a camp designed for children affected by cancer, underscoring the event’s commitment to giving back.
