The estate spreads across 1,700 acres of land. The monastery’s 86,000 ft2 comprise spaces full of 30 luxurious hotel rooms.

In their case, they are the guardians of two legacies: they have a natural heritage, spread across 700 hectares in an exclusive valley shaped by the River Duero, and they have their historic and cultural heritage together.
Their aim is to pass on these inheritances to upcoming generations, in ever better conditions. Abadía Retuerta has got many impressive awards and grabbed many sustainability accolades recognizing the estate’s green credentials and initiations.
